If you wish to delete your OcheBase account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: Through the App
- Open OcheBase
- Go to Settings
- Tap Privacy & Security
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to info@revelopt.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- Match history and statistics
- Tournament data
- Community memberships
- Subscription data
Please note that once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone.
If you have an active OcheBase Pro subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play Store before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
